State Of Art

STATE OF ART I II III is proclamation to the single individual to forget norms and let curiosity, feelings and intellect rule instead. A proclamation to put art, and all that art contains, in the seat of honour.
The performance of the three art pieces is based on a written contract between Strange Party Orchestra & Kristian von Hornsleth. The contract, specifically point the following criteria:

Each Art piece is based on a discussion about the state of art in the world. Thereafter improvised music is performed at the same time as the painting is created. The session, including the discussion, is recorded in to only one CD. At the end of the session the CD is attached and sealed to the painting. The art pieces is for sale and in case the buyer wants the fully experience he or she will have to destroy the art piece.
As for now two out of three parts has been performed, one remain for the future!
